Building a company or side hustle might be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life. But I've experienced firsthand how the 'WHY' behind what you docan make or break your success. When someone approaches me about starting a vision board party company, I first ask the BIG question. "Does your 'WHY' come from a place of desire or desperation?"
Go preach, my friend, if you have vision boards in your spirit, a burning desire to serve others, or a burning desire to share your experience with the world. Or if you're desperate for a lifesaver and in full-on 'light at the end of the tunnel' mindset, we need to have a thorough talk. I've compiled a list of three questions to help you decide if the vision board lifestyle is right for you. But before that, let me tell you about my lightbulb moment.
As we discussed how to construct a vision board, we discussed some of the advantages of creating (and displaying) one. Of course, they're still true–creating your vision board forces you to perform some real self-reflection and delve deep into what you want out of life, and the finished product serves as a visible reminder to strive toward your goals every day. Out of sight, out of mind, as they say, and this is true for the stuff you desire out of life. Creating a vision board undoubtedly sounds like a lot of effort! When it comes to vision board concepts, the possibilities are unlimited.

Rather Than Solving Problems, Follow Your Passion

If you haven't thought about your 'WHY,' now is the moment to do so. Are you enthusiastic about vision boards and assisting others, or whatever drives the business you want to start? Or did you witness someone on social media doing it and claiming to have invested $10,000and produced a six-figure income in a month, and you view it as a quick remedy for your financial problems? While these stories seem exciting, the reality is that you will most likely finish up with an additional $10,000 in indebtedness.
Before you even get your credit card out or set up your Instagram name, you need to know what's motivating your 'WHY.’ “I want to fix my finances, save my marriage, distract myself from the pain I feel in my soul….” Right now, vision board workshops are not your Ministry, dear buddy! Determine exactly what you need first, and afterwards, if you're serious about doing this, let's go do it.

The Big Three Clarification Questions

If you're still unsure whether you're on the correct track, ask yourself these three questions before boarding a train to Vision Board Central.

Are You Knowledgeable And Skilled With Vision Boards?

Have you created a vision board and experienced the outcomes for yourself, or have you assisted others in creating vision boards and witnessed transformations? If the answer is yes, then board that train; you're on the proper track.
However, if you already like creating vision boards, organizing a vision board party might be a terrific way to educate some of your acquaintances how to do so and allow them to share ideas with those who have done so before. Yes, you may create a vision board in your room with photographs that symbolize your objectives. However, by throwing a party, you may surround yourself with people who will inspire and encourage you on your path.
Furthermore, you will be encouraged and inspired by witnessing your friends create vision boards and chat about their future purpose and aspirations if you attend–or better yet, host–a vision board party. Your party's objective is to start dialogues about everyone's aspirations while learning from other personal views. This provides you and your visitors with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to incorporate each other's experience and advise into your life, giving everyone a head start on achieving all of your objectives.

Do You Already Train And Mentor Others On A Specific Topic?

This makes excellent sense if you're assisting or mentoring individuals and pushing them ahead, and you want to continue doing so using vision boards. Fasten your seatbelts and enjoy the trip.
A vision board is a great approach to collaborate with a group of people to create a shared vision for a project in the near future. This may be something you do with your family to organize your next big vacation. You may also create a vision board with your coworkers and train them to generate a shared picture of where the department should go in the coming year.

Would This Be Something You've Been Considering For A Long Period Of Time?

Have you been thinking about throwing a vision board party but haven't gotten around to actually executing it? It's time to get on board and take action.
Visual representations of the goals you desire to attain in your life are called vision boards. Visualize your goals on a vision board, no matter how big or tiny they are. Intuitive vision boards may also serve as a source of advice for living the life your heart genuinely desires. Use visuals to depict what your life will be like once you've achieved your objectives. They can be used to achieve both long-term and even the short-term goals.
You may, for example, make one that depicts where you want to be in a week, a month, or a year. It's all up to you. Vision boards may help you stay motivated in the long period of time and by tapping into the emotional side of things. They're also known as dream boards and action boards, which is appropriate because they provide you the space to dream large and take action in your entire life.

Make Room For Your Actual Vision And Enthusiasm

You've entered the danger zone if you've never developed a vision board, attended an event, mentored, or assisted someone. Consider why you want to invest in this sort of company and what you intend to gain from it. It's a difficult talk to have, and I'd like you to consider whether or not you truly want to perform this work. Be truthful. It's fine if the answer is no.
Allow yourself to get out of this situation and pursue something that truly matters to you. If you do have problems to solve, address them first, then return to vision boards. You'll be able to let your genuine 'why' break through and pursue a company that fulfills your spirit after you've done so.
