Paying attention to the nature of your dreamsis one of the most valuable things you will dofor your health. Have you ever had a dream that you knew was important right away? One that appeared to be sending you a message or raising an alert?
Your thinking mind, which is engaged while you are alive, could be unaware of important knowledge contained in dreams. Although not every dream is important, there are a few that deserve your attention.
If you know what to look for in your dreams, they will serve as warning signals for what's to come.

Pay Attention To Your Dreams' Signs And Messages

Dreams have always been a source of wisdom from the time of myths and religious foundations. But how much information do you receive from your dreams?
That is largely dependent on the circumstances. In this article, I'll explain how to tell whether a dream is a warning, who may be trying to warn you, and the three key signs to watch for.

If you're not sure what I'm talking about, let me explain how a dream will serve as a warning. It's not uncommon for an event to appear in your energetic body first, then in your physical body.
When it comes to your health, you're definitely aware that most illnesses begin within your body before you see or experience physical symptoms. This is partially due to the fact that the disease manifests at a lower level that your conscious mind cannot often pick up on.
For example, an energy blockage can start to form in your Solar Plexus Chakra before you begin to feel sick. On the energetic layer, your body can sense that something is not right, and that’s when it can try to communicate with you through your dreams.
If you know the signs to watch for, you will use the insight from your visions to take action before the illness occurs clinically. Another way to spot trouble in your body before you can see or see anything is to examine the wellbeing of each of your Chakras.
Where does this knowledge in your dreams come from, though?

Your Subconscious Mind Communicates With You Through Dreams

Some people claim that visions are messages from their guardian angels, dead loved ones, or a higher power.
Dreams, on the other hand, are nothing more than a way for the body to communicate with itself. Your mind is split into two sections, each with its own function: conscious and subconscious.
Dreams

Through your waking mind, all of the thoughts, emotions, and memories that you are mindful of at any given moment are stored. The unconscious or subconscious mind stores repressed feelings, images, or ideas that your mind has hidden from you for some purpose.
The main medium of communication between the conscious and unconscious minds is through dreams. Relevant knowledge that your conscious mind might miss or even deny will be picked up by your subconscious.
Take into account all of the sensations you are used to on a regular basis, both from your own body and from the environment. There's much too much data for the conscious mind to handle. On the other side, the amygdala is always paying heed.
To put it another way, you might be aware of an energetic disruption in your subconscious mind but unable to reach it with your conscious mind. And dreams are the easiest way for the mind's two halves to communicate.
Your subconscious mind, on the other hand, isn't going to give you the information you need to figure out what you're looking for right away.

Three Health-Related Warning Signs

Despite the fact that the subject is still up for debate, there is a lot of anecdotal proof to support the claims that dreams will send an alert message. Your visions, on the other hand, aren't necessarily clear and simple to comprehend.
Symbols, themes, and representations are often examined in greater depth. You usually have to work a bit harder to find out what your dream is trying to teach you.
Keep an eye out for some of the following things of your dreams:
  • Unexpected memories resurface
  • An injury to a single body part on a daily basis
  • Dreams that are unusually long and involve strange and/or violent imagery
  • If you have nightmares about these things, it may be a sign that you are sick.
Keep in mind that not all dreams indicate a health problem. On the other hand, how can the body know?
Your dreams are formed as much by your body as by your imagination, and your body plays such an important part in your dreaming and waking life experiences.
Your body is very knowledgeable, and it constantly discovers information ahead of your conscious mind.
As a result, it's not uncommon for your subconscious mind, which is active while you sleep, to notice body cues that your conscious mind might miss.
Your subconscious would then try to communicate this information to your awake, rational mind in your dreams.
But don't get too worked up over one dream in particular. Dream warnings typically happen over the span of a couple nights or on a regular basis.
It can be difficult to discern the real meaning of the signs and symbols you see when you first start investigating your dreams.
To assist you, I'll share a proven technique that you might find useful as you delve deeper into the sense of your dreams.

How To Interpret A Forewarning Dream

It can be difficult to figure out what a dream means at times. It can also take a lot of practice to really get the hang of it.
Try out this technique, but bear in mind that you may not be a natural at it right away. But don't beat yourself up too much. Continue to try, and you'll see that it gets better and easier over time. You'll need a pen and paper, or a phone, as well as a timer for this mission.
Set a ten-minute timer to start. Then write down everything you recall from your dream for ten minutes.
The most important thing is that you keep writing for the whole ten minutes.
By logging your emotions on a regular basis, you can circumvent your conscious mind and penetrate your subconscious mind, which you can normally only reach in a dream.
This writing exercise will normally assist you in pulling back the details of your dream so that you can begin to piece together what happened and what it could mean. The second phase of this technique would concentrate on the three main warning signals that I mentioned earlier. Let's take a closer look at each one separately.

Memories resurface

When thoughts come back to you, it's not always an indication that the experience or event will happen again. Consider the events underlying the memory by digging a little further.
  • Is there something more in your life at the moment?
  • What kinds of thoughts and feelings does it elicit in you?
  • Is there something similar going on right now in your life?
It's just about connecting your old experience to what's happening right now.

A bodily damage that affects a single portion of the body

This is probably one of the easier cues to figure out. If you keep dreaming of chest injury, your body might be telling you of a latent disease in your lung.
Keep in mind that not just the physical but also the energetic aspects of the accident should be considered.
This chronic chest injury, for example, may mean a blockage in your Heart Chakra, making it harder for you to love someone.

Strange or violent imagery is a good example of this

It's usually an indication that something is wrong when you have a dream that is more bizarre or strange than normal, or one that is especially violent.
Your body and unconscious mind know something isn't quite right, but they can't put their finger on what it is.
So, if you're experiencing a lot of strange or aggressive imagery in your dreams, I suggest having your Chakra System examined to determine the source of the problem.
